    Do recommend this place. Thanks very much guys for an excellent stay for the two nights. Make sure to get superior bungalow with shared bathroom and direct access to the lagoon plus the garden next to the main villa. They have a wide range of meals to choose from, the food is incredible.

    Lagoon views, access to kayaks, vibrant atmosphere

    The dirty room condition left much to be desired!!! The lack of sufficient pool shade is a concern!!! Improving the organization and responsiveness of staff could enhance the experience!!!

    We had an amazing family trip here! The staff was friendly, especially with my elderly parents. The lagoon access was a highlight. We loved lounging by the water, exploring with kayaks, and enjoying the vibrant meals offered daily.

    My kids wished there were more shaded areas by the pool for comfort.

    The location is fine, right on the lagoon with beautiful white sand and clear water. Kayaks and paddle boards are included. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only concern was the distance to the city center, requiring a taxi for any excursions.

    We had a fantastic time here! The buffet breakfast was amazing with tons of options every day, and we really loved the fresh fruit and pancakes. Plus, the sailing trip out on the lake was a highlight—definitely a must-do! Everything inside matched the gorgeous lagoon views we expected from the photos. I would absolutely return!

    Just a great fit for a lightning stop in Bacalar with excellent value. The pool area was nice, perfect for a quick dip. If you want a smooth check-in, arrive early to avoid the rush.

    The fine lagoon views from our comfy Bungalow were just amazing. The included kayaks and paddle boards. The staff was friendly and always on hand to help.
